Understand client’s context and validate scope of work, specific requirements, positions & special skills requested, budget & time frame.
Advertise job offer and source candidates via STEADFAST network, database, job boards, and social media.
Screen candidates through a selective process : CV selection, interview, soft skills evaluation, qualifications check.
Send Client a minimum of 3 CVs per position, along with updated certificates, availability, report on soft skills, experience summary, and recommendations. Accompany Client and Expert until on boarding is finalised.
